I third this....and I do feed fruits only three times a week and
veggies
everyday along with mixed nuts for my giants ... and one teaspoon of
mixed
seeds included with my smaller giants.
I do make sure they have the juicy veggie through the summer to keep
my birds
hydrated.
I use to do sprouts till the risk just got to me and I've dumped that
task
from my agenda.

I'm pleased to tell you that Zupreem will have available the first
week in
January 2001 a new 'High Energy Embrace' hand feeding formula.
I am looking forward to feeding my little Hyos this formula....I have
been
given good reports about this formula....
