You are very special In my opinion Your are entitled to spend your
time in
celebration of your birthday. I do this in honor of my mother of
which gave
me birth on a very special day, the 24th of October, sixty years
ago. Once
in a lifetime, I'll celebrate this occasion. I will celebrate with
you.. My
birthday or your birthday..
I have no intentions or desire to run this list, operate it or
moderate
it...I do not rob people of their glory or achievements. I don't'
have a
history practicing taking away from others in my lifetime. I have
enough of
my own accomplishments ( I do not judge myself with how many members
I have
on a list) of which I'm delighted and or at peace with myself.
After all we've been putting up with this BB list 'chit CHAT'
messages daily
since June of 1999 three or four times a day which you did not a
thing to
relieve us as the owner of this list and one of in charge of this
list.
I'm sure others would come to your chat room for your Birthday
celebration.
With my being on this list since May 1999...and reading my old
messages here,
I think I contribute my share of education on this list through the
couple of
years to ask those members on this list who want to celebrate with
me..
Would you rather I put this list instead of avian-BirdBreeders? As
far as 11
members on Avian-BirdBreeders
Look On the front page or main page of this list and just how many
members
you had when you started this list. Look at your main introduction
page
here, scroll down to the bottom of that page.......
in 97 from march through December...you had a grand total of five
(5)
messages...
1998...NOT ONE MESSAGE IN THE TOTAL YEAR ACCORDING TO THE ARCHIVES
In 1999, January through through March...you had 58 messages...
then I join in April of 1999

For the most, nothing was heard from you.... Since..
oh, yes...I do have your private emails with your picture you sent me
originally...to get me back on this BB List and a copy of the web
page I didn't accept from you as I had my birds on another's web site..
Example: How I could be...
I would not ever betray my own trust by starting a habit of what I
have seen you do on this list by betraying you with smirk and hateful remarks
as you have done to me.
For the records, I or anyone else cannot dictate to Yahoo groups or
Yahoo about their TOS. Members, all of you would take time to read your
URL put in the bottom of all messages you'd understand that TOS must be
observed.
writing me messages telling me to 'duke' it out is not the answer and
especially from the owner of this List. (notice, I didn't post your
message here, Lorien)
To tell me that because I'm a member that I deserve the abuse,
hatefulness
and attacks because 'I Like the treatment ' is not the answer from a
List
Owner of this list.
We still have over 900 members in our -bird-breeders- archives or
listed on
this list, and I figured maybe half are VALID members who are
reading...or in
lurk with the other half names or emails lost in the shuffle of
server
changes.... That is 450 (figuring low, as I think probably over 750
are
here) which are not moving..or migrating to the new list you started.
Matter of a fact, I can name a few of which I know are posting
thinking I'm
going to take over the list...How do I know......believe me I know.
I have your permission I'll post 'birdbreeders' instead of
'avian-birdbreeders chat to celebrate my birthday.
btw,
after all, you were not here through this couple of years to moderate
or take
care of this list or the members. Yahoogroups are aware of your
situation
of not taking care to see TOS was met.......Go write in your archives
"New List" and see how many of your friends advertised their New
List on
this List to move them over to another...
I have only Bird Issues and my birthday on my mind...I like to talk
and write
about Birds and have on this list..with less then nice messages in
return.

Yes, I sell or have available items ...however, you have that in your
introduction of my being able to do this as well, others....even a
few here
have 'free' healthy birds from me...you tell me to not do...and yet I
see
messages with advertising their links with out a blink of your eye in
rebuttal. You could take that same person and write in the archives
and find
they have contributed not a thing to this list...and yet, not a word
is said
about their links of yahoo groups.
If, you meet with the TOS rules and write a letter to me with
agreement...that might start you in the right direction of
controlling this
BirdBreeders list.
You can read the TOS that is TERMS OF SERVICE at the end of each
message that
has gone through this list since January of this year. That means,
owners do
not have full control if TERMS OF SERVICE is not met on any
yahoogroups
Lists.
Let me know..btw, my opinions only. I do not represent anyone or
company.

My Grumbach is with a new turning motor, fan, heating element,

I do not do the digital and suggest that be sent to Lyon's Electric.
Also, if you think you need the fan and don't know which one it
is ...to open
your Grumbach I can assist you with this procedure to check out which
fan you
need.
